View ReviewAlone in Las Vegas celebrating her business success, city girl Lauren drunkenly falls into the lap of handsome cowboy Grayson Turner. Consumed by lust/alcohol she swiftly shags the shit out of him, before accidentally marrying him (as one does when in Vegas) and then doing a runner in the sober light of day.

The cowboy in question (think Brad Pitt in Thelma And Louise with added business finesse and a dose of utterly unbelievable emotional sensitivity) is secretly a wealthy businessman who moved to the country to start a ranch and save the world. After their brief night of drunken passion, he instantly falls in love and hatches a cunning plan in which he pretends to be just a simple cowboy to win her love (as you do).

After persuading Lauren to visit his ranch for a weekend, if he in turn spends some time in the city, she reluctantly joins him in Hicksville, where they proceed to have lots of mindblowing sex, interspersed with horse-riding in the sunset and living it up Dallas-style.

Lauren puts him through a few city-bitch trials of her own, but then a bizarre family saga like something out of The OC ensues, as she’s a rich daddy’s girl and her overbearing father would never accept a cowboy for a son-in-law. Luckily, Grayson reveals that his dad is in fact the infamous ex-Dallas Cowboys quarterback and oil magnate Beau Turner. So will Lauren and Grayson get to ride (each other) off into the sunset? And where have all the real cowboys gone?
